REFLECTION QUESTIONS

1. When those things that we hold most dear are threatened, we tend to become angry and lash out at those that offend us.  Is there someone that you seem to harbor a great deal of anger or maybe hatred towards?
2. Discuss how our anger or hatred towards another person or group of people can undercut the gospel.  How does this impact the mission of the church in America today?
3. What have you learned from the book of Jonah with respect to the heart of God towards people groups of the world as well as individual persons?
